Incredibly disappointed!
I purchased this on Amazon Prime Days to give as a gift. I saved it & gave it on a Birthday 2 weeks ago. When my friend opened the product it looked used; on both the power screen & power button areas. We decided to charge it & try it out. When he turned on the gun and touched it to an area on the body, the gun turned off on contact. We decided to let the battery drain, recharge & try again. The same thing happened. This was an absolute waste of money & would like to give 0 stars if I could.
Where is there any info for customer support? No email, no phone number... this is unacceptable.
